Ordered a climbing harness and it came in the wrong size twice.
Ordered a harness directly from the retailer. Harness was measured based off their sizing chart and didn't fit in a dangerous way.
Messaged the "contact us" page of their website to ask for a refund and they never responded. Ordered another harness in the size down, came in mispackaged, with the exact same wrong size again instead of what I ordered.
